- Written estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Hidden conditions, such as rotted decking, damaged sheathing or structural issues, may require changes to scope and price.
- Estimates are valid for the period stated on them, because material costs and availability change.
Project Agreements
Any work we perform is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and Tekton Exteriors. That agreement controls the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, change order process, cancellation rights, and workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms, which are explained in writing. If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
Timelines are estimates. Weather, material delays, permit timing, insurance processes and other conditions outside our control can affect scheduling.
Insurance Claim Assistance
When we help with a storm damage claim, we may inspect and document damage, share that documentation, and meet with your adjuster at your request. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company under your policy. We do not act as a public adjuster, do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and cannot promise any claim outcome. You remain responsible for your deductible and for amounts not covered by insurance as set out in your project agreement.
Submissions and Communications
When you submit information or photos through our website, a third-party form provider, or by email, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you send. You allow us to use them to respond to you and to evaluate your project. By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your request.
