Our Oxford office is your first point of contact. The office team answers calls and emails, sets up inspections, keeps track of material orders and delivery dates, and coordinates schedules when weather forces a change. If you have a question about paperwork, timing or an invoice, this is who you reach.
Inspectors and Estimators
Our estimators visit your home, measure the work area, and document conditions with photos. On storm calls they look for hail and wind damage on shingles, vents, gutters and siding, and they can meet with your insurance adjuster to go over findings. Their job is to explain what is happening, lay out your options, and turn that into a written estimate you can actually understand.
Project Leads
Once you approve a project, a project lead takes ownership of it. They confirm the scope and material selections with you, coordinate crews and deliveries, check work in progress, and handle the final walkthrough. Having one person accountable from start to finish keeps details from slipping between the estimate and the build.
Installation Crews
Our field crews handle the hands-on work: tear-off and roof installation, siding and trim, seamless gutters, window and door installs, and outdoor living construction such as pergolas, patios and hardscape. Crews are trained on the installation requirements of the products we use, follow job-site safety practices, and are expected to leave your property clean at the end of each day.

Common Questions
Who will I talk to during my project?
You will meet an estimator during the inspection and then work with a project lead once the job is approved. The office team is available throughout for scheduling and paperwork questions.
Are the people working on my home employees or subcontractors?
That can depend on the type of work and the size of the project. We will tell you who is performing the work on your job, and every crew working on a Tekton project is held to the same standards for quality, safety and cleanup.
Does the same team serve both North Mississippi and the Jackson area?
We coordinate both regions from our company, with crews scheduled based on project location and type. The process and expectations are the same wherever your home is.
